Transitioning BlueFunda from a consulting firm into a product-led infrastructure company. This is the most important strategic work I’m doing right now. It requires rethinking everything: how we sell, what we build, who we serve, and what we say no to.

Building BlueRequests — our first major product. Enterprise request management and workflow automation inside SAP ecosystems. Focused on making it something customers trust for years, not just something that demos well.

Thinking about AI architecture in enterprise contexts. Not chatbots. Agent systems that understand operational context: when to escalate, when to approve, when to flag anomalies. The difference between AI as a feature and AI as infrastructure.

Reading: Geoffrey Moore’s Crossing the Chasm (still remarkably accurate for enterprise software), and Clay Christensen on disruption theory — both speak directly to what we’re navigating.
